Yoga at Home
Small, private,
Horsham based studio

Stretch. Strengthen. Relax.

About The Yoga Batch

The Yoga Batch offers yoga lessons in a small, friendly and home-based environment based in Horsham, which allows for more individual attention and support. Classes are for a mixed ability of students; beginners are skilfully guided through postures (asana), and those more experienced students are challenged to explore their practice at a deeper level. All classes explore a range of breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and relaxation.

The Yoga Batch also specialises in yoga for runners and athletes to improve flexibility, suppleness and freedom of movement, whilst restoring a sense of balance to the body.

Also available are 1:1 sessions, yoga retreats, workplace wellbeing classes and specialised courses.
