Private Yoga Sessions

Discover the power of a personalised yoga practice! â€‹

Are you ready to take your yoga journey to the next level?   Whether you're new to yoga, returning after a break, recovering from injury or illness, or keen to deepen your practice, private yoga sessions are designed entirely around you. 

Offered either as a 1:1 session or for small groups*, they are perfect if you don't feel suited to, or ready for bigger group classes or you'd like to come along with a partner or some friends for a fun and relaxed yoga session that’s as social as it is rejuvenating! (*max 2 participants, or up to 4 with a surcharge of £5 per additional person)

In these private sessions, we'll focus on your unique needs and goals. Together, we can:

  • Learn the foundations of a yoga practice ~ ideal if you're completely new to yoga

  • Explore variations of poses to suit your current needs/experience or to create greater challenge

  • Build strength, stamina, and flexibility through tailored sequences

  • Gift yourself rest and enjoy a deeply restorative practice, supported by bolsters, props and blankets

  • Enhance your mind-body connection

  • Establish consistency and confidence in your own practice at home 

  • Get your own personalised yoga video to keep your practice flowing at home** (**additional fee applies)

Where and How?
Choose what works best for you:

  • In-person at The Yoga Batch studio (or garden in good weather)

  • Online via Zoom for ultimate convenience

  • Your home (available in some circumstances, small travel fee may apply) 

  • Personalised video instructions to practice anytime, anywhere

  • Or a combination of these options!
     

Investment:

  • £50 for a single 75-minute session

  • £175 for a package of 4 sessions
